Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa Maninoa, Maninoa

Returning to the hotel was delightful due to the wonderfully set up rooms with a common wall, a ceiling fan, and a kind of a/c unit. The maintenance and upkeep around the gardens and by the ocean were fantastic. However, the service was friendly but operated at a more 'relaxed' pace. The location was spacious, immaculate, and had lovely paths through trees down to the spa, water sport area, and beachfront. The dining experience was awesome with Samoan dishes, although not perfectly trained staff. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a range of services.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and a shower under the stars, making it truly magical. The beach-side room was beautiful, set up with lovely flowers and candles. The service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond, even cooking a fish I caught during a charter. The location was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, and the dining experience, though a bit limited, offered fresh tropical fruit and delicious daily specials. The facilities were superb, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The Ocean View Suite we stayed in offered beautiful views of the gardens and the ocean through big expansive windows, but the rooms themselves were in much need of an update, appearing old and shabby. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful, though the insistence on guests getting new plates for each visit to the buffet was a bit inconvenient. The location was excellent, allowing us to hear the soothing sound of waves during our stay, and the ability to walk to the beach bar nearby was a great perk. The dining experience provided good quality food with daily menu changes, making it a delightful culinary experience. The facilities were decent, but some updates would enhance the overall stay further.

I had a mixed experience at the Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa. While the rooms were nice and clean, the air-conditioning could have been more efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the rooms seemed a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The location was superb for surfing enthusiasts, but the lack of cool air in the rooms was a downside.
